WICHITA, Kan. — The American Collegiate Society for Adapted Athletics (ACSAA) has elected Monnat & Spurrier, Chartered attorney Jon McConnell to its Board of Directors. By organizing tournament competitions, ACSAA works with colleges and universities across the country to further competitive athletic opportunities for disabled college students.

The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 is composed of the top trial lawyers from each state, or regions of certain highly populated states, who are younger than 40. Dan Monnat, of Monnat & Spurrier, Chartered, was inducted into the American Board of Criminal Lawyers at ABCL’s annual meeting in Atlanta last week. Monnat is the first Kansas attorney to be selected for the ABCL, whose members include lawyers in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
